Booking and Payment Terms

By participating in the tour program, you agree to strictly adhere to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Reservation and Payment:

    • A 50% payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
    • The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided by us.
  2. Compliance with Itinerary:

    • You are required to strictly follow the itinerary provided by us.
    • You must comply with the terms and conditions of various contractors and third-party vendors, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, destination management companies, cruise operators, and insurance providers.
  3. Punctuality:

    • You are expected to be punctual and adhere to the timelines of the tour.
    • Failure to be punctual may result in missing flights, coaches, meals, etc. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from such instances.
  4. Group Conduct:

    • As you are traveling in a group, you must conduct yourself in a manner that does not cause distress or annoyance to other tour participants.
    • Rowdy or indecent behavior will not be tolerated. Participants engaging in such behavior may be asked to leave the group at their own cost and peril.
  5. Unused Services:

    • No refund or compensation will be provided for any unused services.
    • This includes services not availed of due to personal choice, your fault, or circumstances such as ill-health, adverse weather conditions, or any other reason.

By agreeing to these booking and payment terms, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of the responsibilities and obligations outlined herein during the tour.
